Hi, I’m Jerushan
In 2016, at the age of 24, I decided to go on a weight loss journey. I dropped from 180 kilograms, and reached the lowest weight of my adult life at 83 kilograms. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge on weight loss and nutrition during my weight loss, and also took an interest in bodybuilding/powerlifting type training.
My purpose for starting this blog, is that I feel as though there is an abundance of misinformation regarding weight loss and dieting. I am not claiming to be an expert in nutrition, in fact I am far from it. However, I hope that I can point you in the right direction when you have issues surrounding your body image, your weight loss should you pursue it and your mental wellbeing.
The takeaway from all the information I present, is that there is no one best diet. The best diet takes the form of a lifestyle that is easily maintainable. Weight loss should be a by-product of this process.
